The stop loss is placed about 35 or 36 pips down from where I bought<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> just below the recent lowest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">So, after the continuous bullish trend<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> it<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>\u00a0just stopped today and started to create a range. When you look at a chart<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> you should notice these kind of differences because when the momentum changes<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> there<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s always a trade chance. So<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> I placed buy here because of 3 reasons.<\/p>\n<h3>3 reasons why I placed a buy order<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-504\" src=\"https:\/\/forex-kei.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/41268b38ae322db6633a3a7caa715e8e-1024x570.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"728\" height=\"405\" srcset=\"https:\/\/forex-kei.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/41268b38ae322db6633a3a7caa715e8e-1024x570.png 1024w, https:\/\/forex-kei.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/41268b38ae322db6633a3a7caa715e8e-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/forex-kei.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/41268b38ae322db6633a3a7caa715e8e-768x427.png 768w, https:\/\/forex-kei.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/41268b38ae322db6633a3a7caa715e8e-728x405.png 728w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 728px) 100vw, 728px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">First<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> the Big primary tend in Daily chart is bullish so I am looking for some place to buy<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> and secondly<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> the current price level is relatively lower part of today<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s range so my first target would be here<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> making risk<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> reward ratio to be 1 to like two<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> so it<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s a good bargain sale to me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Also the third reason is the stochastics because when you see it<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> it resonates the price actions in this 5min chart<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> like when it<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s gold crossed<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> it goes up and when it<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s dead crossed<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> it goes down. This is definitely by some fundamental news so I will check it later but for now. So It<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s always safe to secure the account in this kind of situation. So along with the current price level that<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s hitting the recent low<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> I think it<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s a great chance to buy here. It<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s 102 pips<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> ensuring $20<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span>480 USD and aim for further profit. I think this is quite reasonable to place the profit line here because of the fibonacci retracement and support line<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> and\u00a0this is ok for now. So<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> the price was not supported and it just broke downwards. So the next scenario might be either the price goes up after<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>it reaches the recent lowest<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> or it continues to break downwards and still continue to create a range in 1H chart. That<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s something that no one knows and it<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s uncontrollable. The reward is about 100 pips so what was the risk reward ratio of the trade<span class=\"s1\">?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The risk was 20 pips and I got 100 pips so it was 1:5 ratio. So I can say that it was a beautiful trade.<\/p>\n<p>Whenever you try to place orders<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> always<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> always look for a place where there<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s relatively more advantage. Don<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>t place an order in a middle of the range or just by your instinct<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> but keep looking for a place that you have more advantage like this<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> then you can make profits out of this zero-sum game in a very stable way.<\/p>\n<p>Actually<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> I am thinking to record a video about risk reward ratio and why it<span class=\"s1\">\u2019<\/span>s more important than winning rate<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> maybe during this weekend some time<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> so stay tuned.
