If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled session<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> you are fully responsible for informing me 12 hours before the session starts via email.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"TASKING\"><\/span><b>TASKING<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Tasks are assigned to assist in accelerating your change and achievement.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FREE_EXTRA_TIME\"><\/span><b>FREE EXTRA TIME<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">There is no extra charge for monthly 1 on 1 catch up calls whether to discuss an issue or concern<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> or also share something great! If you would like extra 1 on 1 sessions<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> they will be provided with extra charges.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FREE_EMAIL_ACCESS\"><\/span><b>FREE EMAIL ACCESS<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">I am available during the week as well as weekends via email or Discord for you to seek clarity on trade actions or review minor issues. There is no charge for any of the brief catch up emails.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Terms_Conditions\"><\/span><b>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Below are also part of your agreement for Global Trading School.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Refund_Policy\"><\/span><b>Refund Policy<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">No refund is available after the payment without any exceptions.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Notice_of_cancellation\"><\/span><b>Notice of cancellation<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by email to <a href=\"mailto:forex.kei@gmail.com\"><span class=\"s2\">forex.kei@gmail.com<\/span><\/a>. Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date in which the cancellation is received by Kei. No refunds<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> credits or transfers available for no-shows.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Terms_of_Mentoring\"><\/span><b>Terms of Mentoring<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">The sessions in Global Trading School are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in continuing mentoring for a number of sessions<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for refund<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> credit or transfer.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Suspending_Membership\"><\/span><b>Suspending Membership<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Is not possible after the whole program is over as scheduled.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Program_Changes\"><\/span><b>Program Changes<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">I reserve the right to change or modify any programs as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with you.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mutual_Agreement_Cancellation\"><\/span><b>Mutual Agreement Cancellation<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">If at any time wether you or me believe the sessions and agreement are no longer serving the needs of you as Student<span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation prior to cancelling the program or the rest of the sessions.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Intellectual_Property\"><\/span><b>Intellectual Property<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">All material related to Global Trading School program is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be reproduced without the written permission of the owner.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Indemnification\"><\/span><b>Indemnification<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility.
